This company completes their work extremely neat. The owner and all his employees have a great personality and are very reliable. Clearly this man is a pro. He was prompt, professional, getting right to the job and completing it that day. I feel I received emergency service without the emergency price. The Norwich area is lucky to have a "Holmes on Holmes." I have used other "pros" in the area only to have the job done incorrectly or incomplete, arguments and excuses the only result.
